Job description:
We are looking for User Experience Specialist who will be liaising with the Ux Specialist on our client, Novo Nordisk side to measure and improve the overall user experience of all Novo Nordisk Global User base.
The User experience specialist will work closely with Business productivity managers globally and will also work with operations team members to achieve the goal of improving and innovating the services.
- To prepare and implement Program Management Plan to deliver the right scopeordeliverables for all projectsorprogram within the agreed timelines mentioned in the signed contract in compliance to HCL Global Project Management Framework
- To ensure tracking and adherence to budget allocated to all transitionortransformation projects including all one time projects where SOW is created.
- To ensure sign off and billing of milestones for projectsorProgram completed as per the agreed timelines as per Revenue Projection.
- To drive ProgramorProjects (large scale) with agreed scope that covers multiple phases and effectively manage risks, issues, key stakeholders, escalations.
- To ensure high customer satisfaction for all assigned TransformationorTransition Projects
