Job description:
1. Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet the precise requirements of client (OOTB).
2. Cultivate strong relationships with HR stakeholders and clients, serving as a trusted advisor on HRSD solutions.
3. Understanding of ITIL concepts when it comes to continuous improvement and maintaining a sustainable infrastructure through change management protocols.
4. Understanding the client requirement and create HR services and record producers.
5. Should be Knowing REST/SOAP Integration and should have hands on experience for the same.
6. Customer service oriented, ability to meet defined SLAs, Project Management experience and familiar with Agile & Scrum methodologies.
7. providing demos of the OOB HRSD modules, mapping client existing HR processes to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to provide.
8. Implement the Human Resources application in order to set up HR data.
9. Configure applications to work with the organisation's HR processes.
10. Strong experience with HR Service Management, Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Chat, Reporting, Integrations and HR Hub.
11. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and the adoption of HR best practices within client organizations.
12. Assist in integration testing.
13. Support customers during UAT.
14. Contribute to building and implementing technical best practices and procedures.
- To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue
- To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time
- To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts
- To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
